Sessions are $160 per hour.
Yes, currently accept Aetna, Cigna, Providence Health, United Healthcare. Oscar, Oxford. Please reach out if you’d like to confirm your specific plan or coverage.
At this time, I do not offer sliding-scale or reduced-fee sessions.
Yes. I offer a free 15-minute virtual consultation so we can briefly connect, discuss what you’re looking for, and see whether we may be a good fit.
Once a week.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Some insurance plans may require a 53-minute session.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee.
I will meet you where you are and follow your lead. In our first session, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where you do not need to have everything figured out.
We’ll begin getting to know each other and exploring what has brought you to therapy, including what feels difficult, what you hope may change, and what matters most to you. I may encourage you to slow down, ask yourself thoughtful questions, and pay attention to yourself in a different way.
Over time, our work can help you connect more deeply with your values and consider whether the way you are living feels aligned with them. Therapy can be a space to live with more purpose, intention, and connection—to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to create.
Therapy with me is a collaborative, compassionate process where I meet you where you are and follow your lead. You’ll find a safe, supportive space to talk openly and begin understanding yourself in a new way. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as you explore what’s coming up for you and start making meaningful changes in your life.
